About Us
My name is Ross Coen, and I’m the owner and founder of Bumblebee Plumbing and Heating Ltd.
We have been trading since November 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have seven vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won “Boiler and Heating Contractor and Installer 2018 and 2019” in the Energy Efficiency Awards, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.
We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.
At Bumblebee we are strong believers in “paying today to secure tomorrow”. For instance we have heavily invested in “our system” which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

We are a very organised team with full time office staff, meaning that someone is always available to take your call. We know that not having a working heating system can cause huge upset, so our staff are trained to deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
The jobs once booked in, are then dispatched to our highly trained engineers via the PDA. The customer will then receive a text when the engineer is on his way. All invoicing and certificates are completed and sent via email on site, meaning no bulky service folders for you to keep. We also keep a set of records under your address should you ever need them.
