Just a quick update for all our valued customers.
Bumblebee Plumbing & Heating is still operating. Albeit it not as normal. All our engineers are wearing gloves and masks for every job. We are checking with customers during book in if they have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19. It is important that our customers let us know so that we can reduce the risk of anyone coming it to contact if it can be avoided. So if you have or you are self-isolating yourself, please tell us.
We are still available to assist our customers, maintenance customers will still receive priority care. If you are self-isolating, we CAN still attend your property whilst taking extra precautions. We have been deemed as key workers at this time, we are on the front line ensuring that our customers stay safe and warm.
Our engineers are constantly self-testing to ensure they are not showing any symptoms to allow them to continue to work knowing they are doing everything they can to ensure they are not carrying this virus and by extension no passing it on to our customers. Again they are also wearing gloves and masks on every job, we are no accepting snacks or beverages, card payments at this time is preferred and we advise our customers to clean down any areas we have worked in once we have left with disinfectant. We will do our best to reduce our working area as much as possible and to clean as we go.
