I have been recommended to them from another Plumbing and Heating business who couldn't fit me in today. From ringing... Bumblebee this morning, they arrived early in the time slot given, thoroughly checked my heating and cold water intake and charged minimum money. He was a very polite pleasant young man. Bumblebee did an overhaul of my heating system in 2018 including a new boiler, pump, valves and filter since when it... has been running perfectly 15% more efficiently. They are a very efficient friendly company. highly recommended.read more

High Quality Boiler Professionally Installed!Bumblebee plumbers installed a brand new top quality Worcester boiler in... late 2018 and provided a 2 year finance deal on it for us to spread the cost. The service we received was extremely professional from initial design, through installation to the aftercare support package they've provided to us. Had a problem with boiler new years eve.I rang Bumblebee expecting an appointment in the new year but Ross told me they... would be out that day ! Installed a hob in my kitchen, what we thought would be a straight forward job turned out to be a bit of a headache... having to have the pipe reconnected to the gas supply. Engineer was quickly able to trace the supply and have me up and running withing a few hours. It was extremely reassuring knowing they are a Which? Trusted Trader.read more

Speedy response by an efficient and pleasant engineer. Really pleased with the repair to my boiler and I have now... joined a monthly plan to cover annual servicing which is cheaper than other companies' service plans. I have had a need to use Bumblebee Plumbing when my boiler broke down. I called Bumblebee and they came out the next... day to fix. The engineer called me in advance to let me know he was on route and would be there in half an hour. When he arrived the engineer was very professional in his attitude along with very personable. He managed to find the fault, correct it and then proceeded to flush the system through. WOW the central heating hours better now than it ever has. Well done Ross and his team. ?read more

Ross was absolutely brilliant, and the service was great. I had a leak and pressure dropping from my Megaflow... day... after Boxing Day... (Just when you could do without hassle). Ross was quick to respond, and was able to sort the issue out quickly. Thank you for all time and effort, and I can honestly say, I will (but hopefully not for a leak) be using your service again. A very professional and vibrant company, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! We had a total failure of our hot... water cylinder and a boiler on its last legs and to complicate things our existing piping was laid out in a very complex old configuration, which baffled two of the companies that came to quote. The Bumblebee engineers explained all of the options available to get us up and running again, we went for a total overhaul of the whole system with a Worcester Bosch boiler and new cylinder and a smart control system. They installed the whole system including boiler, cylinder, all pipework and the nest thermostat in 2 days flat, the quality of their workmanship is incredible with everything very clean and well laid out, this is a system that will last! Their work comes at a very reasonable and fair price and with long guarantees. It was a delight doing business with Bumblebee, and it is reassuring to know we have such a company on our doorstep that we can call on when we need them. Thank you so much to Ross and Steve for your outstanding work.read more

Fast, efficient, fantastic. Called Bumblebee plumbing to replace our boiler. They were great, coming out at a time... that suited us (after the kids were in bed). They provided good advice on which boiler they thought would be best and explained all the options. When we called to book the install with them they were there the same week to do the job. The guy who did the install was great, he even sneaked into our sleeping baby's room to do his test without waking him up (bonus). The install looks good, the price was cheaper than British Gas quote by £800, overall genuinely satisfied customer.read more
